Join Cannock Chase High School

If you are interested in joining us at Cannock Chase High School, please follow the included link to the Staffordshire County Council Mid-Year Schools Admissions Application Form and return a completed physical copy of the form to Lower School Reception, Hednesford Road, for the attention of Miss J Simpson, Deputy Headteacher.

You will receive an outcome to your application within 10 school days or at the very latest 15 school days.

If your application is unsuccessful you will have a right of appeal to an independent appeal panel.
