Further to the Options Evening on 5 March 2024, it is now time for you to make your actual choices.  Please refer to the Options Evening Booklet (see right) to assist you in making your selection.

On the form below, please select your first and second choices of subject for each Option Block in the dropdown boxes (your second choice in each Option block must be different to your first choices in that block).

Important: You must choose either French or Geography or History or Computer Science for at least one Option.

Forms, either paper or electronic, must be submitted by end of school on Thursday 7 March 2024.
